We will arrange to take the necessary details from you and will complete an Application for Probate / Application for Letters of Administration on behalf of the Executors, which has to be sworn by the Executors. The Application is then forwarded to the Court with the Death Certificate.
If the Deceased was not domiciled in the Isle of Man, we would also require a Court Sealed and Court certified copy of the Grant of Probate / Letters of Administration of the Deceased (and Will) obtained in the country of domicile (if any).
The Court usually issues the Grant of Probate within a matter of weeks and upon receiving the Grant, we can either forward the Grant on to you, or on to the bank or organisation concerned.
