How do I make an Enduring Power of Attorney?

We have listed in the "Questionnaire" section (see above) the information required by us to draft an Enduring Power of Attorney.

In order to draft an Enduring Power of Attorney, we need to take instructions from you, which can be done in one of the following ways:

  • By filling in the Questionnaire and submitting this to us; or
  • By contacting us to arrange an appointment to discuss your requirements (if you are the Donor).

We will then draft the Enduring Power of Attorney and invite the Donor and the Attorney(s) to come into the office so that we can explain the implications of the deed to both parties and arrange for it to be signed.
